Brian has been dancing Ballroom & Latin for the past 26 years. He has been awarded with over 30 top teacher awards throughout the United States & won the 2010 Pro/Am United States & World Rising Star Rhythm Championships & Runner Up in the recent 2011 Pro/Am Youth World Latin Championships. Brian has previously served on the TCDC dance board for over 10 years. In addition to teaching, Brian has competed professionally in the International Latin & the American Smooth division.
Amy, originally from Wisconsin, started her training with Terry Irwin - (President of TC Dance Clubs & one of the nations top teachers) & Amy soon became Manager of the Appleton, WI studio. Amy has been dancing Ballroom & Latin for the past 14 years. In addition to teaching, Amy has competed professionally in American Rhythm, International Latin & the American Smooth division. In addition, Amy has won top teacher awards in competition & is sought after for her ability to teach the ladies technique and styling.
Together Brian & Amy have been dancing for the past 16 years. Within the first 6 months they won the Indiana Challenge Championship Professional International Latin . They have also placed in the finals of many major U. S. Championships & finished in the top 18, placing as high as 13th, two years in a row, at the Ohio Star Ball (America's Best) the worlds largest DanceSport competition
They have also been successful in the American Smooth Division, winning the 3rd Competition they entered - The Great Race.
They also coach other professionals & amateurs many of whom qualify for top awards in DanceSport Competitions.
