"Ballroom Bootcamp"
This class is designed for students of all levels who are looking to improve their styling and technique in all areas of ballroom dance. You will learn a variation of practice drills, styling and better your moves to feel and look better on the dance floor!
Class is every Monday 8:00-8:45pm

"Hip-Hop"
Our Hip-Hop class is designed for dancers of all levels who want to have fun and learn some new dance moves! Hip-Hop is a popular upbeat style of dancing that refers to social or choreographed dance styles. Hip-Hop includes variations of breaking, locking, and popping which were created in the 1970's. This class is a fun way to get excercise and have fun!

"Beginners Night"
The beginner's night class is designed for students who are new to ballroom dance. This class is wonderful for learning the basics of the six major ballroom dances, Foxtrot, Waltz, Rumba, Tango, ChaCha, and Swing. The dance that is taught in the class will change every week. The beginners class is a great place to begin attending group classes and become comfortable as a social dancer!

"Variety Club" Class
Our general variety level covers the basics necessary for good social dancing. The key elements enable you to get up and dance in the most social dance situations. When completed, you will have the proper footwork, and introduction to the various rythms (slow or fast) and the fundamentals of a good lead as a man, or following as a lady. The Variety Club level class will also give you the sufficient variety of patterns and the ability to blend them together to feel comfortable dancing at any social events. The variety club programs and classes are an excellent preperation for our next level - The Bronze level of advanced social dancing.

"Bronze" Class
The Bronze class is designed to provide fun, enjoyable patterns to dance, while learning how to move to music, navigate yourself on the dance floor as well technique, balance, rhythm and working with your partner (having a partner is not necessary to attend the Bronze class) as a team. Beginning Bronze figures are extensively used in "Social" dancing. Bronze level is designed to help you learn how to perform popular social dances with fun and confidence.
Class is every Monday 7:15-8:00pm

"Silver" Class
This class is designed for intermediate to advanced levels. Silver level requires more technique and a greater understanding of music and body movement. Silver level is distinguished by expression and style in the popular social dances. Dancers typically find Silver figures and styling easier if they first have a sound understanding of the corresponding Bronze level.

"Zumba"
Zumba class features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
Class is every Tuesday 5:30-6:15pm and Saturday 10:00-10:45am

"Ballroom Body Sculpt"
Ballroom dancing involves many muscles of the body. This class will help create a stronger body in this muscular conditioning format. You will sculpt and tone your muscles using your own body weight and will feature some cardio endurance moves. Please bring a towel and water to class.
